E’ stata resa nota la seconda ondata di Nomination ai Teen Choice Awards 2012, ai quali Rachel è già stata nominata per la categoria Choice Movie Actress: Drama e Sherlokc Holmes: Gioco di Ombre e La Memoria del Cuore sono nominati rispettivamente come Choice Movie: Action e Choice Movie: Drama. Con la nuova ondata di nomination, Rachel è rientrata in nuove catecorie, come Miglior Bacio con il co-star di The Vow Channing Tatum e come Migliore attrice in un film romantico, sempre per The Vow- La Memoria del cuore.
